Battle of Agincourt Anniversary

In place of the ubiquitous Shakespeare quote, I will leave you with the words of chilling words of Jean de Wavrin (Jehan de Waurin) who witnessed the carnage from the safety of the French baggage train on that day, October 25th, 1415.

"The French advanced proudly, but the mud clung to them like glue and their ranks fell into confusion."

"Soon afterwards the English archers, seeing the vanguard thus shaken, issued from behind their stockade, threw away their bows and quivers, then took their swords, hatchets, mallets, axes, falcon-beaks, and other weapons... and never ceased to kill."
